Returns

Please message us prior to any attempted return. We will give you details on what we can do to help. 


For items that qualify - you can return the item within 7 days.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Cannot have been installed. This is same as Porsche's policy. It MUST also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as electronics, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

Customized or bespoke products
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

"Canceled" Orders or Returned or Refunded - Restocking Fee
There will be a restocking fee equal to paypal fee which is 3.79% for USA ( 5.29% for international) and 2% for fee for Shopify due to Paypal's/Shopify's policy of those charges being non-refundable even with canceled or returned items. This fee is for total charge including shipping and insurance charge. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you misused or broke the item we cannot refund the item. So please do not send item to us if that is the case. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  poormansx51@gmail.com - we will give you instruction. Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For international orders - If you refuse the package you will be responsible for all costs to get the item redelivered to you. This is especially called out for customers that do not like the import fees that their country may be charging the, At the time of purchase the customer should look at the possible import fees they may incur for item. See shipping policy for further info. 



Some items have to be made to order by manufacturer. Not all items may be in stock at time of purchase.  As soon as the product is in the store's possession - its employees will make a great effort to ship out to customer. 

In some cases, the price paid at time of customer checkout for shipping may not be enough to cover the cost of shipping & insurance. In the event of this - the store will send out an invoice to customer to cover the difference.

For international orders - Please do not request that the store put a different value to save on import fees in your country. This is a felony in the USA and may be punishable up to 5 year in jail.  If you refuse the package you will be responsible for all costs to get the item redelivered to you. This is especially called out for customers that do not like the import fees that their country may be charging. At the time of purchase the customer should look at the possible import fees they may incur for item. 

You are responsible to make sure that the item(s) purchased meet all regulatory and import policies for country and region you are having item(s) shipped to. We are not responsible for any holds, confiscations, rejections, penalties, or fines. In the event that the item is returned back to us or the USA we are not responsible for costs associated. You will be required to pay those costs directly and pay any bill we receive consequently.
